A Message from the President...

Dear Neighbors,  

Spring in Kentucky is always beautiful, and this year has been no exception. I love seeing the trees bud and the flowers blossom as the days get longer and warmer. We are so fortunate to live in this beautiful neighborhood. I hope everyone can get outside and enjoy the warmer weather and you are looking forward to the upcoming summer months on the lake. I am always ready for the first boat ride of the summer, and Friday night catfish dinners at the various marinas.

If you are a member of the Homestead Herrington Homeowners’ Association, thank you for your continuing support. If you are not a member, please consider getting involved this year. Our dues are minimal, and the work we do is shared among our friends and neighbors and doesn’t take a lot of time. Working together, we can ensure our neighborhood stays beautiful, safe, and an enjoyable place to live as we strive to maintain the value of all our properties. If you’d like more information about joining the HHHA, please contact any of the Board Members listed below.

Our next Board Meeting will be Tuesday, May 9th at 7:00 p.m., and will be held at Natalie’s Café and Catering, 230 Pine Crest, Lancaster. All Board Meetings are open to paid members of the HHHA. At the May meeting we will be planning social events for the summer including a community yard sale and the 4th of July parade and picnic; the beautification committee will be discussing plans for the neighborhood entrance; the welcome committee will share names of new neighbors, and the neighborhood watch & safety and the property values committees will share status of some of the projects in which they have been involved. Please plan to join us – this is YOUR association.
